This project in Arizona’s Biltmore Estates was rooted in preserving character while reimagining the heart of the home. Our clients envisioned a warm space that honored the property’s Spanish Architectural history while feeling fresh and livable. The design focused on refining the entry, living, and dining areas while celebrating original Spanish style elements like arched openings, textured accents , and specifically appointed tile. JLS incorporated thoughtful material selections and subtle updates, to blend old-world charm with contemporary comfort. This created a space that feels both grounded in history and elevated for today’s lifestyle.
